Effective date: July 8, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tomorrowsworkflow.com (the "Site"), operated by Travis Fox, doing business as Tomorrow's Workflow ("Tomorrow's Workflow," "we," "us," or "our"), a sole proprietorship. By accessing or using the Site, subscribing to our newsletter, or purchasing anything we offer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Tomorrow's Workflow publishes content about AI news, tools and reviews, automation tutorials, productivity systems, and the future of work, and operates an email newsletter (via beehiiv). We may also offer our own products, courses, or paid subscriptions from time to time.
The Site is intended for a general audience. If you are under 13, you may not subscribe to the newsletter or submit any personal information without the involvement of a parent or guardian, consistent with our Privacy Policy. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian for any purchase or account-related activity.
The Site does not currently require an account to read content or subscribe to the newsletter. If we introduce user accounts, profiles, comments, or community features in the future, you'll be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account, and additional terms specific to those features may apply.
All content on the Site — articles, graphics, the Tomorrow's Workflow name and logo, and site design — is owned by Tomorrow's Workflow or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, unless otherwise noted.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site's content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, scrape, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except for brief excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to the original (fair-use-style quotation).
If we introduce comments or other user-submitted content in the future, you'll retain ownership of what you post, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and moderate it in connection with operating the Site.

Content on the Site — including AI news, tool reviews, automation tutorials, and productivity guidance — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, tax, security, or technical advice. Tools and workflows we discuss carry their own risks and terms; you are solely responsible for evaluating and using any third-party tool or technique we cover. You agree not to:
The Site links to third-party websites, tools, and services (including affiliate links) that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and linking to it does not imply our endorsement of everything on it. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy.
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any tool, product, or recommendation discussed will meet your needs or perform as described.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tomorrow's Workflow and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site (including newsletter delivery or, in the future, an account) at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
